Use options from the Configuration tab to customize select, save, and delete printing configurations. A printing configuration is a group of preset printing options such as paper settings, image compression, encryption, digital signatures, etc. You can use some of the printing configurations already available or specify your own. For example, you may want to create a series of printing configurations that each have specific image compression settings or printing destinations, depending on your document requirements.
1. Click the Configuration tab.
2. From the Configurations list, select a setting.
3. Click the Set Current button. The tab options specified by the configuration setting, become the current printing settings.

Click the Configuration tab.
From the Configurations area, select a configuration setting.
Click the Delete button. The configuration setting is removed from the list.
Click OK.
