PDF Impress 10 provides multiple ways of creating Adobe® PDF documents. Users can simply right click documents or drag and drop them into PDF shortcut on desktop. PDF Impress virtual printer enables PDF creation from any application that can print. PDF Impress Workroom allows access, organize and batch convert documents with ease. Paper sizes up to 129 inches, a resolution of up to 2400 DPI and compliance with the Adobe® specifications, and the ISO 19005-1 PDF/A-1b archive standard gives you flexibility in working with PDF you need.

PDF Impress Tools can replace Adobe Reader by previewing and printing the content of the PDF. It allows adding watermarks, stamps, attachments, document information, security and digital signature. Lizenzvereinbarung

Vertragsgegenstand
Mit dem Erwerb der vorliegenden Software und der Anerkennung dieser Lizenzvereinbarung erhalten Sie das Recht, die erworbene Software auf einem Computer einzusetzen und zu nutzen. Sollten Sie mit der Lizenzvereinbarung nicht einverstanden sein, dann geben Sie bitte die Software an Ihren Händler zurück oder vernichten Sie sie. Mit der Installation erkennen Sie die Lizenzvereinbarung an.
Im Falle einer Verletzung der Lizenzvereinbarung erlischt das Nutzungsrecht an der Software.
Lizenz
Mit vollständiger Bezahlung des Kaufpreises und Anerkennung der Lizenzvereinbarung erhalten Sie ein zeitlich unbegrenztes Nutzungsrecht an der Software. Das Eigentumsrecht an der Software bleibt beim Amyuni Technologies Inc.
Kopien
Zu Sicherungs- und Archivierungszwecken dürfen Sie für sich eine Kopie der erworbenen Software herstellen. Eine darüber hinausgehende Vervielfältigung der gesamten Software oder von Teilen daraus ist nicht zulässig. Sie sind nicht berechtigt die Begleitdokumentation oder das Handbuch zu kopieren.
Für eine darüber hinausgehende Nutzung benötigen Sie die Zustimmung des Verlages.
Übertragung der Nutzungsrechte
Sie dürfen die erworbenen Nutzungsrechte an der Software übertragen, indem Sie die Originaldatenträger, das Begleitmaterial, das Handbuch, die eventuell angefertigte Sicherungskopie und die Lizenzvereinbarung an einen Dritten weitergeben oder privat weiterveräußern. Mit der Weitergabe sind Sie verpflichtet, die Programmdateien der Software von allen transportablen und festeingebauten Speichern Ihres Computers zu löschen. Bei Zuwiderhandlung verstoßen Sie gegen das Urheberrechtsgesetz.
Sie sind nicht berechtigt, die Software ganz oder teilweise zu verleihen, vermieten oder Unterlizenzen zu vergeben.
Eingriffe in die Software
Jeder Eingriff in die Software ist untersagt. Insbesondere dürfen Sie Copyrightvermerke und Markennamen nicht entfernen oder verändern.
Gewährleistung
Amyuni übernimmt für die Zeit der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungspflicht die Gewährleistung dafür, dass die erworbene Software im Sinne der zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufes vorhandenen Programmspezifikation lauffähig ist. Voraussetzung für die Gewährleistung ist die vertragsgemäße Nutzung. Für die vollständige Fehlerfreiheit der Programme unter allen Nutzungsbedingungen kann keine Gewähr übernommen werden.
Amyuni übernimmt keine Gewährleistung für Funktionsbeeinträchtigungen infolge von anderen Programmen, Bedienungsfehlern, unsachgemäßer Behandlung oder vertragswidriger Benutzung.
Die Gewährleistung richtet sich nach den gesetzlichen Regeln. Für den Schadensfall beschränkt sich die Verpflichtung von Amyuni darauf, das Programm auszutauschen oder eine Nachbesserung zu versuchen.
Salvatorische Klausel
Soweit diese Lizenzvereinbarung keine Regelungen enthält, gelten die allgemeinen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen des Rechts der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Die Nichtigkeit oder Unwirksamkeit einzelner Bestimmungen dieses Vertrages berührt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen nicht. Die Parteien sind alsdann verpflichtet, die mangelnde Bestimmung durch eine solche zu ersetzen, deren wirtschaftlicher und juristischer Sinn dem der mangelhaften Bestimmung möglichst nahe kommt.
