What versions of the PDF converter will work in a Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2 environment. We have an older version (2.05) and have access denied error when installing the ActiveX control.

Version 2.0 does support Windows XP and version 2.07 and above does support Windows 2003.
Did you check that CDIntf is registered in your system directory ( you can register it using Regsvr32)? Are you adding a reference to CDintf before using it in your application?
If you have a maintenance plan you can download an upgrade to version 2.09 or 2.10 depending on your plan.
Also You may download our latest version 2.10i-7 from: http://www.amyuni.com/en/products/pdf_c ... /demo.html
Please note that our latest version 2.10 installs CDIntf20.dll on your system, and register a new ActiveX CDIntfEx (instead of CDIntf).
