Hello,
when printing PDFs from Visio I get bad results on many documents. The fonts are rendered to 'bitmaps' then. OK, when I increase the dpi amount the result is o.k.
How can I ensure that the PDF Converter leaves fonts as fonts?
I first thought there might be missing a font on the machine, but it's both simple Arial - in good and bad documents.
Thanks for your support
Alfred
Bad Visio Results (Rendering of fonts)
Hello,
In general 300 or 600 dpi would give you good results.
Concerning the file where the characters are transformed to bitmaps, please send us the Visio sample and the output pdf files to support@amyuni.com, so we can check them.
Thanks.
