PDF does not appear to be installed

Hi,

I am having a problem with the PDF Converter. When the user tries to convert to PDF it gives them a message "the PDF driver does not appear to be installed"

Checked out the install log, and it says:

Windows 2000/XP Install

Error Code: 2
The system cannot find the file specified.

Error Code: 1797
The printer driver is unknown.

The printer driver is unknown.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------


Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello,

Most probably your user is getting the below message when trying to install the PDF Converter using Install.exe and not when converting to PDF.

Please check the following:

1 - That your user is logged to the system as administartor

2 - That your user is launching Install.exe from a folder containing all the files and dlls that you received with the driver.
