When clicking on the Install.exe I get Error Code 997

Hello,

I am clicking on the Install.exe file, it runs through the little script and in the middle of the script it will say:

Error code 997
Overlapping I/O operation is in progress

It will then Install the PDF printer, however when user is trying to print custom forms in our software and these forms are generated by the Amyuni PDF Converter they will keep getting the error message:

" Printer Driver failed to initialize."

Any clues on this one?

Hi,

Please check that all the application on your system are closed before running Install.exe.

Yes that appeared to do it. I just did a MSCONFIG, disabled everything and then rebooted. I then went into the Task Manager and ended all non critical tasks, reran the Install.exe and it appeared to go through fine. Thanks.
