is it possible from an application that receives the events to force that another application receives the events whit sendmessagesto?

It is possible to force the messages to be send to a specific application using SendMessagesTo. It won't be that one application forward the messages to another application, it will be that the driver will direct the messages to a specific application.

More infomration about SendMessagesTo is available on pages 70 - 73 of the Developers' manual "Common Driver Interface 210.pdf"
