Corrupted PDF

In an on and off fashion, I get a corrupted PDF file. It works for days in a row and then a user start getting the corrupted PDFs (normally with a size of only 128 bytes), this will continue for a couple of days for that user and then it goes away. After a while the problem repeats itself with another user in the same manner and with the same behavior.

This issue is a little bit weired ! what version of the PDF Converter you have?

Do the corrupted pdf files starts generate in a random manner or after doing any specific operation?
