Merging PDFs problem

I have two PDFs that were generated by Crystal Reports that both open up individual fine. When I combine the two, I get errors indicating that there was a problem opening the PDF.

There is an error about not being able to locate the font, using helvetica instead.

Are there additional steps I need to perform to make sure the entire contents of the PDFs get merged?

Are you using the PDF Converter to merge these files? which version of the PDF Converter are you using?

Did you try to use the latest version of the driver?

I am using 2.10i

2.10i is the latest version.

It would be that the files you are trying to merge are not supported by our driver.

Please send these two files to support@amyuni.com so we can check them and see why they are not merged properly.
