Hello,
I use the PDF Converter to convert HTML pages from a Business Intelligence web application. Whenever I log on to the application and convert a report to PDF I get a brilliant and colorfull PDF. But any further report is converted to a black and white PDF.
Log on again and the first report is colored, any further is black and white. :?:
Anyone can help me with that? I tried different settings with the compression and resolution but that doesn't seem to help.
Thanks
Daniel
Problems with colors
Hello,
Please check the following:
1 - The PDF Printer has a setting to convert colors to gray scale. Please check that Convert Colors to Grayscale is not set in a way or another after printing the first document.
2 - Also please check what is the default printer on your system, and check that the default printer is not set to print to Grayscale.
Hope this helps ?

Thanks Joan, now it's working fine. :D
Actually it depends to the standard printer. When I had the problems with black and white pdf documents, the standard printer on the system was not a color printer. After changing to a color printer and restarting all services related to the web application its all right now.

Problems with colors
I'm having the same issue with one of our products... with the same workaround available (set the default printer to be one that handles printers).
My question is: Is this an Amyuni bug? Or the source application's problem?
Your opinion would be great...
Thanks
Brad
