Hyperlinks not working properly with Extract LinksUtility

I have a MS Word document which has numerous internal and external hyperlinks. I have discovered the Extract Links utility download and have applied and run this macro in word. I have been successful in getting bookmarks to work, however the hyperlinks don't always work. Some do, and then some don't and I can't detect a pattern as to why this is.

I was wondering whether anyone has come across this issue before and whether there are any 'tips and tricks' I should know about.

I didn't come accross a similar issue before but I can advise you to send a sample word document similar to the original document to support@amyuni.com we will try to convert it to pdf and check what is happening precisely.

Please send along with your document all the needed details on how you are converting the file and what is the output you are getting so we can reproduce this issue and be able to help you.
