I'm a registered user of PDFCreator. I created a small program for my customer to easily batch print PDF files. I used your product for this.
However, he is not able to printout any of them because they don't render correctly.
If I use the custom viewer, I get "This document was created with null. It might not view properly with the PDF Creator".
And, right, it does not show correctly (about 10% from the document is rendered...).
My customer has created PDF files with XSLT processing (FOP).
September 10th I send this to support, but besides a few mails saying "it's a bug" I did not receive any solution. My customer is pretty angry because I cannot deliver the promised software, so I'm a little disappointed about Amyuni at the moment...
PDF files not displayed correctly
Hello,
I checked the e-mails we get on September 10, but I couldn't locate your message because you may be using another user name in the forum than your effective name.
Please note that we do not support LZW compressed files. This is mentioned on our site at http://www.amyuni.com/en/products/pdf_c ... index.html
It may help if you send a follow up to support@amyuni.com so we can double check if your files are LZW compressed.
Thanks.

A few seconds I resend the mail with attachment (coming from stefan.devogelaere@euri.com).
Thanks for looking into it.
Thanks for looking into it.
More info on how the pdf's are build can be found on:
http://xml.apache.org/fop/index.html
This seems to be a pretty much used way of generating PDF documents from XML/XSLT.
I quick look learnt that compression is not used...
