PDF Convertor and Citrix...

I have a Question Regarding CITRIX clients, Amyuni PDF Convertor and Powerbuilder.

We are using Amyuni Version 1.58 and Powerbuilder. We are redirecting datawindow to print to a file to c:\temp. If user use Citrix Client we are getting GPF and we were not sure what should we do.

Any help is appreciated. Even with Windows MetaFrame we are having the same problem. But if the user login as administrator they were able to create the PDF file but not as a regular user. All other applications and out application all other section except creating PDF file works fine if the user is some other user other than administrator

Hello,

Most probably you already contacted our Technical Support about this and you got the reply.

Mostly, you need to upgrade your version of the PDF Converter because 1.58 is a little bit old.
