We use Amyuni 3.01a via Citrix and we have two litle things wich are making problems.
1) The Concenate works, but we have to confirm the prompt very often. For example, in a 34 side excel worksheet it asks 12-15 times for the save dialog and i have to confirm the concetenate box every time
The result is fine, but the way is a litle bit stony.
2) some special characters like arrows are not shown in the converted pdf.
Can you help me with this things. Except all its a great product and it perfectly matches to citrix environments.

1) To not be prompted for a filename often when printing an excel document you need to make sure that in the excel application you select the excel option to "print entire workbook".
This will cause excel to print the document as one printjob and not a different print job for each sheet.
2) To find the cause of the problem with the missing arrows we would need to look at the document that you are printing and the resulting document. You can send and email to our support department (support@amyuni.com) describing the problem and include the sample documents.
