Printer not activated, error code -41

Hi there,

I installed de AmyUni PDF Converter v 2.50g-4 (with Full product license) on our printserver (w2003) and it works fine. Now I made an extra printqueue on this printserver (with the same driver), and when I try to configure this extra queue I get the message "Printer not activated, error code -41". What can be the problem?

Since the printer is already installed on your system, you need to enter the licensing information on the print queue that you created.

This can be done by going into the "printer preferences", and inserting the license information in the license and activation code boxes available there.
