Print not activated Error code -20

We recently got PDF converter version 2.5.0f

After installation a printer using install.exe and out licence key
We get a
---------------------------------------
Print not activated Error code -20
---------------------------------------
message each time we print on this printer

any idea ?

Some additional information:

This error does not occured with the evalution version 2.5.0 !

Whats wrong ?

Hello Kagel,

Most probably you were evaluating the End User version of the PDF Converter and you licensed the Developer version.

The End User version has a user interface and you can use it to print directly from Windows applications like Word or Excel but the Developer version doesn't have any user interface and printing to it should be done programmatically from inside your application.

If you are printing programmatically you need to call EnablePrinter() right before each printout.
