Printer Enable Exception

Hi,
I am getting the printer enabled expection if i try to convert word2000 document in to pdf format. if my client is having other versions of word it is working fine.I am using word object PRINOUT() and redirecting the out put to PDF convertor.

Please help me in this regard.

Hello,

Are you calling the EnbalePrinter() function right before MsWord's PrintOut()?
