Troubles with Citrix and PDF Converter

Hi all, I have some troubles when a client try to print some report when connected in the metaframe. If he chooses to save the document in the server, it's all right. But if them try to save in their own computer (C$), it's showed an error message saying that 'the printer cannot print "" ' and don't show the name of the file. I have the developers version 2.10 of Amyuni PDF Converter.

Hi, I download the demo of version 2.50 and it didn't work still. He show me the error message and create one pdf file empty. Below is the message:

Pint: Amyuni PDF Converteron LPT1

There was an error found when printing the document "" to V:\Tiago\Exception Report.pdf

Is like the program didn't pass the name of the document, but if I save on remote server folders it function.
