MS Word header & footer containing graphics...

Hi,

we have word templates that has graphics in header and footer. Trying to convert such document to .pdf with Amyuni 2.51 but graphics is messed. Something is in .pdf file but not right. With Adobe PDF it works fine.

Amyuni is installed in server and used as shared network printer.

Tried different image settings but no success.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Did you try to check the "Postscript Simulation" option before printing?

If you did and it didn't help please send us the original document to support@amyuni.com to check it.

Hi,

I just tried but no success. I had a local installed Amyuni on my computer and tested with and surprise, surprise, graphics was almost right (some margin cuts but propably adjustable).

So it has something to do with that Amyuni is installed as shared network printer...

I guess it is more likely related to the version of the PDF Converter you are using. Do both printers (the one on the server and the one on your systemmm) have the same version?

Server version is 2.5 and workstation is using version 2.1.

Hello,

Please check that you are using the latest version 2.50c on your server.

If you are still having output problems with the latest version please send us one pdf file generated by 2.10 and the same pdf generated by 2.50 along with the original document if possible to support@amyuni.com and our engineers will look at them and see what it might be going wrong.
