Error 2212 in MSAccess on 2K TS

The company I work for has produced an application using Microsoft Access for the front end. We use the 2.08 PDF Converter Print Driver to save reports to PDF files. One one terminal server one of our clients is getting the access error code 2212 unless we have Domain Admin rights. The users have full permissions to the print driver, and can delete it and install it (as the user) using the install.exe. On the server operating systems we do not initialize the printer at start of the program. I've never seen this, and the same version of our software prints to PDF fine on every other 2000 or 2003 server I, or our clients (as far as I know)have run it on, as long as the driver is properly installed. The users can print to the physical printer fine. I'm running out of ideas. Thanks

Error 2212 is "An error occured when loading or running the logon script".

This error is not generated by our PDF Printer, when precisely are you getting this error?
