I am using the PDF converter to create documents and to concatinate these documents with other PDF's not created by us.
We have had a few mixed results but it has worked pretty good.
The one thing I haven't had any luck with is bookmarks.
I would like to be able to set up a bookmark tree.

Report 2
Report 3
client 2
Report 1
Report 2
Report 3
If I am using convertor to create all of these pages it works perfectly.
The problem is report 1 or report 2 may be a page I don't create. It is a pdf that I am concatinating into the document. Is there anything I can do?
I do have PDF Creator as well so if there is a way to do it in pdf creator feel free to move this to the appropriate category.

Using version 2.1 of the Converter you can add the bookmarks one at a time after the pdf documents are generated and concatenated in one PDF.
Using version 2.50 of the PDF Converter or version 2.0 of the PDF Creator you can use a function called Autobookmarks to add bookmarks automatically to a pdf document (you can run this function after creating the whole pdf document).
