Problem with PDF-driver on NT

Post by tomk »

Hello,

I installed with a customer of us the Amyuni PDF Converter on a NT-computer. Normally, on a Win2000-computer, we are able to set in the preference settings the Destination file to "Predefined by user" but this is not possible in the same driver installed on an NT-computer because there is no button "Preference Settings". But when i install the driver, there is a message that the driver is for NT/2000/XP so it must work on an NT and on a 2000-computer.

Can someone tell me how I can set the Destination File in the printer driver on a NT-computer to "Predefined by user"?

Thank you

Tom

Hello,

When printing to the printer for the first time you can click on the 'Propeties' button and set the file name to 'predefined by the user' from the Destination tab.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

Thanks for the tips, but nothing works. We tried all but we never can set a setting in the driver itself on an NT-computer to have the Destination "Predefined by user".

We also installed the latest version of the Amyuni PDF-Converter and we've still the same problem.

The problem that a Win2000-computer restarts when printing to de Amyuni-driver is also not solved. We don't get an error at this situation, the computer just restarts. And a few months ago it worked on that computer.

Can someone help me please?

Hello,

This may be due to the version of the driver you are installing. We will follow up on the e-mail you send to support@amyuni.com.

I am not sure where you are located, would it be possible for you call our Support line in Montreal - Canada, you can find the telphone number in the Contacts section of our website. We will be able to check with your directly what is going wrong.

Thanks.
