We have an application that uses Amyuni Document Converter 2.51 to save file as .PDF format. A virtual pdf printer is installed need the application is installed. The application is a client\server environment with the virtual pdf printer installed on the client. Some client pcs work fine, but the two that have full adobe installed receive and error when trying to save the file to .pdf format from a common dialog box. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the pdf printer
but continue to received the error "Printer not activated, error code -30. I have reviewed the posting and see this is a time out issue. The client pc is windows xp sp2 and the server is windows server 2003. Do you have any suggestions as to what else I should check?
Thanks

Re: Activation Error Printer not activated, error code -30
Same error from one of our customers using PDF Converter 3.0.3 from our application.
We use Amyuni PDF converter 3.0.3 developer edition.
The problem occurs from two Windows XP clients and not from a third one.
We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the PDF driver using amyuni installer.
We’ve searched for a solution but we haven't found nothing that resolve.
Can’t be a timeout error because it appear after some seconds (not 20 seconds) after the start of printing.
Hope to find a solution.
Thanks in advance.
