[Solved] Signature is invalid

I posted the following on 11-25-08 and I have not received a reply. Did I post it in the wrong forum (I posted it in the C/C++ forum)?

I am using version 3.02 of the PDF converter and I am getting the following message when I open the PDF file in Adobe reader:

Signature is invalid:
Document has been altered or corrupted since it was signed.

I am using the sample code that was emailed me from one of your techs.

Hello Larry,

You didn't post the message in the wrong forum but as the forum doesn't replace technical support if the forum moderators and the users don't have an answer for a given post the post may stay unanswered for sometime.

Concerning your question, the message means that the PDF was altered after being signed or the pdf file is corrupted for one reason or the other.

To resolve this issue you need to get back to us with the resulting file to check it.

Some suggestions to debug this issue yourself are:

1)If you are signing an existing PDF file generated by other products than our Converter please try to create a pdf file using our driver and sign it, will you still get this error ?

2) Try using version 3.03 of the PDF Converter.

Thank you Joan. I upgraded to the Suite version 3.03 and that solved the problem.
