Hi,
PDF Printer (3.03) is installed on a dedicated PDF Server. This machine is running Win2003 x64 and running fine.
Navision runs on Citrix (Win2003 x64). The printer is mapped to our Navision users on this server (\\server\pdfprinter).
PDF's are generated through code (a lock is set using the dll and a report is printed to the PDF printer).
But suddenly, Navision crashes when you generate a print preview. This only happens when the default printer (which Navision uses to calculate it's paper size) is set to the PDF printer. If we set it to a regular printer, all runs fine!
Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Re: Navision crashes when default printer is set at PDF...
Hello,
I can't confirm that the crash is because of the PDF Printer, there could be different other reasons.
If you are able to constantly reproduce this issue please send a request to support@amyuni.com.
You may want to try version 3.02 or an older version of the driver if you have it for reference.
Hope this helps.

Re: Navision crashes when default printer is set at PDF...
I'm reinstalling the server hosting the PDF printer with Windows 2003 x86 instead of Windows 2003 x64. Let's see if that helps before we take it to the next level.
thanks!
