First page repeated

I am using a developer copy of PDF Converter 2.10 in a MS Access XP application. For some reason, in one application that I am using the pdf converter in, the PDF document has the first page repeated. Access print preview and the printed document have only 3 pages, but the PDF document has 4 pages, the first page having been repeated. The page footers even say "page 1 of 3 ... page 2 of 3 .... page 3 of 3 .... page 4 of 3!

Rebooting my computer; or sometimes reinstalling the pdf driver, fixes the problem for a short while, then it returns!

Any ideas?

I suppose we should upgrade, but we are a government agency and I try to spend as little of the publics money as I can.

Hello,

Please check the following:

1 - That the page settings and the printer settings are the same.
I.e if the page size of the report is A4 make sure that the PDF Printer page size is set to A4 as well.

2 - If you are printing your report only to PDF you can set the PDF printer as the default printer of the report.
