Printer Error 30: Printer not activated

Hello,

We have purchased PDF Converter 2.50 and have been distributing with our application for some time.

Today, we ran into a strange error that we've never seen before. A printer not activated error kept popping up. When we looked at the printer list, there was another PDF printer installed by Quicken 2007 which also uses Amyuni PDF Converter but with the version of 2.51.

Is there a conflict between the two versions? Why does it keep popping up the printer activation error?

Is there a way to get around this?
