error code -41

Hello,

I get Error code -41 on several computers with Windows XP SP 2.

What can I do?

but I have no idea how this should happen.
I copy a program file that inculdes the activation code in an existing installation to test some new functionality, but ther version of PDF converter didn't change

Mmm...
Such error should mean that your program is trying to enable the printer using an "old" activation code...
Check the license code your program is using: if I didn't misunderstand, it should enable the pdf printer drivers of all versions up to the one it was released for.

I didn't try the reverse, however if you use a license with a driver which was released after the licence you'll probably get that error...

PS: Here I'm assuming you are using a "recent" driver version, 2.x at least...

Hello Vexta,

Maybe somebody installed a newer version of the PDF Converter on the machine or the latest evaluation version maybe.

If you have any doubts you can send the activation code and licensee name you are using to support@amyuni.com and they will check for which version is that activation code.
