PDF Converter 3.0 problems

Hello,

I have this two problems with Amyuni PDF Converter 3.0:

1) In 32 and 64 bits systems, when I try to print from my application to the PDF printer driver, the document is printed to my real paper printer, that normally is the default printer. Note: with version 2.51b of Amyuni PDF Converter, everything works well on 32 bits systems, only with 3.0 I have this problem. There is some particular instruction to use with version 3.0?

2) On x64 systems, if I manually set the PDF driver as the default printer and I try to print, jobs stay queued forever with status “Printing” but without print anything.

How can I resolve this problems?

1)Printing to the default printer of the system or not is not due to the PDF Printer, it is due to the printing application.

I guess you need to set your application to print to the new PDF Printer, it was set to print to the old one version 2.51 and after you unistalled the old printer your application is not finding the 2.51 printer so it is printing to the default one.

2)For using the PDF Printer on 64-bits machines, please create a new port and attach the PDF Printer to that new port instead of the LPT1: port. This will overcome the issue you described.
