Using V3.01a...

When I specify
G:\LXXSrc\$Root\RepRes\RBI_TD_P.pdf as the output file, everything works fine.

When I specify
G:\LXXSrc\$Root\RepRes\RepBI_TD_P.pdf, I get a failure at the StartDoc call and end up with a zero byte file.

No other code changes made between the two tests.

Any restrictions on names or lengths of output files?

Hello,

There is not restrictions on the output file name or length. It might be something else, please check if you have an older version of the PDF Converter on your system, maybe at one point your application starts using the old dlls of the PDF Converter.
