I just installed Quickbooks 2005 on Vista. It installed fine. My problem is with emailing invoices. I first received a Qucibooks error...Windows can't install the Amyuni PDF converter 2.07 kernel mode print driver.
When trying to install the updated Amyuni driver per the qucikbooks link at http://www.quickbase.com/up/ba8uqfzbq/g ... _64bit.zip and password amyuni to unlock, I get the following error messages on install
Installing Amyuni PDF printer driver
error code: 2
the syste cannont find the file specified

installing the amyuni pdf printer
error code: 1797
the printer driver is unknown
-----------
printer setup failed
error code: 1797
the printer driver is unknown
I had installed this print driver update successfully before but now I cannot reinstall it. Even when I installed the updated printer driver before, I was still getting the initial error message out of quickbooks 2005 that windows can't install the amyuni pdf converter 2.07 kernel-mode print driver.

The link mentioned in your post is for 64-bits driver. Are you trying to install the driver on 64 bits or 32 bits?
version 2.07 doesn't support Vista, you need version 2.5 and above. Please contact support@amyuni.com for more information on getting the new version.
