We have one customer who, when he opens his PDF printer driver and selects Custom page size, has 2 Customs to choose from. He claims that only one works but he can never tell which one will be successful until he tries it. The list is never in the same order when he goes back to it. Is there a way to delete or prevent this other "Custom" from appearing?

Hello,
The list of paper sizes is taken from Windows, here are couple of issues to check:
1 - If your customer tries to print to any other printer on the system (a physical printer lets say) will he get 2 custom paper sizes when checking the papwer sizes to that printer?
2 - Did he try installing and using a new version of the PDF Converter?
