Printing Word docs - missing characters

Hi,

I will try and explain this as best I can.....

I am trying to print a series of word documents to the PDF printer driver (v2.50f) as one print job. Document A is in Arial font, but some of the line breaks are in Times New Roman. Document B is all in Times New Roman.

When I print, document A looks fine but document B has lots of missing characters. If I change document A to be all Arial including line breaks(Ctrl A and change the font), both documents print fine.

Has anyone come across this before? Is there a SetFileNameOptions setting I have missed (Embed Standard and licenced fonts are both set)?

Changing the documents is not a practical option as we are receiving lots of these from a varoety of customers.

Any help greatly appreciated. Will continue investigations and add any findings in the meantime

A similar issue was solved in version 2.51, please try updating your version.

What is happening is related to embedded standard fonts, are Arial and Times New Roman embedded in your files?
