Hello,
We are are licenced user of converter 2.50f, developer/professional version. In an attempt to resolve a "font corruption" issue in 2.50f we are evaluating V2.51.
I have performed the following:
- uninstalled 2.50f from my PC
- rebooted my PC
- installed 2.51 evaluation version
I then get "printer not activated, error code -41" when attempting to print to the PDF printer via our application using the same programs that work using our licenced 2.50f version.
1) What does error code -41 mean.
2) Is there a published list of error codes and their meanings?
Ross.
Printer not activated, error code -41
Hello,
Error -41 means you are trying to activate version 2.51 using an old activation code for version 2.50.
If you wish to test the evaluation version please use the evaluation code you get with it and not the old code you have .
There is a post in this forum containing the list of errors and their meaninings
Hope this helps.

error code 41
Thanks Joan,
Trap for beginners. Our program was only allocating 200 bytes for the license code which was OK for 2.50, but it seems that 2.51 uses 238 bytes (at least the evaluation version does), we were therefore truncating the 2.51 license which caused the error code – 41.
Thanks again,
Ross.
