Menu File New disabled

I use Pdf Creator 2.0e in Domain Computer (Active Directory). I install creator on client machine with Administrator privilege and it works fine.

When I login with domain user (not with administrator privilege) on the same client machine and run PDF Creator the menu FIle->New is disabled.

What is the problem ?

Hello,

The File -> New menu is disabeled because the PDF Creator is inactive. The Creator is activated in the following key of the registry HKey-Current-User -> Amyuni Technologies -> PDF Cretor -> License.

You need to Activate the Creator for each user.
