PDF creator not working in QuickBooks 2006 on 2003 server

I have a server running 2005 and 2006 versions of QuickBooks. We have the Intuit Internal printer running in the 2005 envrionment with no problems. After installing 2006 we ended up with a new PDF printer named QuickBooks PDF Converter. Its is using driver version 2.50-d4. We receive the following error: Intuit internal Library (Could not print to printer. Check your printer selection.

I'm guessing something isn't registered properly or their is a conflict with the 2005 PDF printer. We have the same configuration on another server in another office that work fine for both 2005 and 2006 versions of QuickBooks. I have tried reinstalling the QB 2006 PDF printer using the Install.exe uitility in QuickBooks without an success. Thanks for your assistance. . .

Hello,

Please check that each of the installed printers use the right driver.

To do this please right click on each printer and select Properties -> Advanced and check the Driver name for each printer.

Then right click on the printer and select Preferences and check the printer version.

The driver version of each printer should match the printer version.

Also please note that the printer installed by QuickBooks 2006 should have a different name than the one installed by QuickBooks 2005.
