Problem installing printer driver

Problem installing printer driver

Hello

When we try to install PDF printer driver 2.10 we get in the install log:

Windows 2000/XP install
Request KSDPDFPRINTER
Installing printerdriver
Printer setup succeded
----------------------------
If we look in printers the printer is not there, but the driver is installed in system. If I try the same procedyre on my machine the printer is visible under printers, and the install logg is bigger:

Windows 2000/XP Install

Removing existing printer
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Removing printer driver
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Installing printer driver
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Installing printer
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Installing Licensing Information
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Printer setup succeeded
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Launch 'Install -u' to uninstall
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Both system is WindowsXP, and user have admin rights.
Is this a known problem and how can this be solved?

Hello,

I didn't get the first scenario. You said:
When we try to install PDF printer driver 2.10 we get in the install log:

Printer setup succeded
This log is not generated by our Install.exe or our installation wizard. Please give us more information how you are trying to install the printer driver to be able to help you.

Please note that if using our Installation wizard you decided not to install a new PDF Printer on the system, the driver onlyl will be installed.
