Layout PD document

I use PDFConverter 2.5. I convert file tif generated with scanner acquisition into PDF Document. Often the single page acquired and converted into PDF, is not the same about layout. for example the original page occupies half page, while in PDF Document occupies the whole page. It seems that PDF converter use a sort of zoom.

What i can try?

Are you using the latest 2.50f?

Hello,

When opening the PDF file please check that the zoom factor is 100% or less to be sure you are viewing all the page and not only the image.

If still the image is occuping all the page while it should occupy half of it by example, please set the image resolution to 72 or 75 dots per inch. The resolution of a PDF file is 72 dpi.

If this didn't help please send us a sample tiff file to support@amyuni.com along with the explanation on what is happening so we can check it.
