PDFPrint on a server - Windows 2000 Server -- ERROR PRINTINT

I installed PDFPrint on a server. The installation works fine but I can't print.

Message: There was an error printing the document
Eventlog: Application popup: Printers Folder : There was an error found when printing the document "**********" to PDF:.
Do you want to retry or cancel the job?

Installation version Amyuni PDF Converter Version 1.59
Upgrading to a new version is not an option because we are in production and we might break other applications
This in on Windows 2000 Server and Spooler Services is running

Installation works fine:
Windows NT/2000 Install

Removing existing PDF port monitor

Installing PDF port monitor

Installing PDF printer driver
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Installing PDF printer

Printer setup succeeded
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Launch 'Install -u' to uninstall

Hello,

Version 1.59 of the PDF Converter is very old, it is 5 years old, i need to check if it supports Windows 2000 Server edition.

I need some information from you on this matter:

Are you trying to print from the server or from a client machine when getting the error?

Are you using the End User or Developer version of the PDF Converter?

- I am trying to print from the server. It works on some Windows 2000 servers according to our vendor. I just need to figure out where to troubleshoot because when I try printing, using the compatible default PDF driver, the print job errors out.

- I believe its the Developer edition

Hello,

Based on the information you have provided it looks like you are trying to print to a non initialized developer version of the PDF Converter.

The version you are using is meant to be access programmatically.

hmm.. not really. We still can't understand why it works on some wondows 2000 servers and not on others. Is there anything i can use to troubleshoot?
