Printer not activated - Errorcode -30

We have the Developer version of the PDF Convertor 2.5

We are running out application (PowerBuilder) under Citrix and have done the following

1) Run install.exe to create a permanent printer on Citrix
2) on application start call DriverInit then EnablePrinter to set up the licence key
3) When printing from app call EnablePrinter right before printing
4) When application exits we are not calling DriverEnd - I believe its not needed with v2.5

My users are telling me that it is working for one user only. All other users are getting the error "Printer not activayed error code -30"

What does this error indicate?

My first thought is some sort of privilege issue but if I understood what the error message indicated I may be able to solve the problem.

Any help would be much appereciated.

Hello,

Please check if this user doesn't have an older version stuck on his or her system. In this case the activation code of version 2.50 will be trying to activate an older version which will fail.

Are your users logged in to the systems as administrators or standard users? If they are standard users can you verify the effect on your situation by having them login as administrators?

Also, can you briefly describe how your application functions and how your users print to the PDF Converter?
