I am getting the following errors installing on a xp pro box and can't figure out what file is missing. ANy help would be great.

This is a rights issue. Please check the following:
1- that you are logging to the system as administrator
2 - that all the need needed files are in the same folder as Install.exe and none of them is read only.
3 - When logging to the system please try to copy and save files to the following directroy on your system:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\DRIVERS\W32X86
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\DRIVERS\W32X86\3

Installation Error Code: 2
I have the exact same errors as the previous msg posted when trying to install Amyuni Document Converter on one specific XP system. This installation has been used on 100's of other PCs without a problem. Checked all the recommended suggestions in the reply and everthing checks out but still getting error code: 2 The system cannot find the file specified. Tried to install with add printer approach unsuccesfully also. What else could be wrong? Any other suggestions?

We have found the “error code 2 “The system cannot find the file specified†usually is caused because some “HP Printer Drivers" restrict access to a file which we need to over write during our installation process. The solution to this issue is to stop the "HPZTSB0#.EXE" process or the HP Printer Assistant.
Note: The # in "HPZTSB0#.EXE" can be 5, 7 or 9
This is done by stopping the "HPZTSB0#.EXE" process in the task manager.
The other solution is to upgrade to our current version 2.50. With this version we longer write the same directory location as the HP drivers.
