Hello,

I never encounter error 299 myself and i never get any request from any customer getting this error.

Please let us know what is the error message in English.

Also please check that you are logging to the system as an Administrator and that all the files you got with the PDF Converter are in the same folder as Install.exe.

Hope this helps.

No englisch error message available

Post by tlaszlo »

I think the error message is "forwarded" by the install program and seems to be originally from the operating system, which is in German.

Translated to English it's something like:
Just a portion of ReadProcessMemory- oder WriteProce...

I actually can't really verify if I have all files. The tool was delivered as part of another software (so it seems they have the development-license or similar)
Could you provide a list?

Hello,

The list of distributable files depends on the Operating System you have. This list is available at: http://www.amyuni.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=4494#4494

I suspect the error you are getting is not related to our PDF Converter. Please reboot your system and check that no application is open when installing your product and the PDF Converter.

Hope this helps.
