I just installed the demo version of amyuni and it does not seem to work. First I discovered it was printing to lpt1 which I have changed to file: and now I get the above message. what Am I doing wrong?

The PDF Converter Printer is installed on LPT1 by default, you don't need to change it to File port.
Concerning error -20, this occurs if you are trying to print to the PDF Printer without activating it.
I suspect that you installed the Developer version of the PDF Converter and you are trying to print to it directly from applications like Microsft Word or Excel, ...
The Developer version of the PDF Converter is a special version that should be used only programmatically from inside your application, if you wish to use the printer directly from Windows applications please install the End User version (you need to uncheck 'Developer' in the installation wizard).
