Manual Removal and Reinstallation

We need to remove and reinstall PDF converter v2.10 that was installed by an application as a printer driver. We do not have a copy of the v2.10 driver but we need to be able to remove this version and possibly reinstall it.

We also have v2.06 and 2.07; we think there may be a conflict between .06-.07 and v2.10 that is causing our problem. To test this we want to remove 2.10 and test. If this test does not confirm our theory we will need to reinstall 2.10.

Any help would be appreciated

Hello,

If version 2.10 was installed by an application, than you will not be able to reinstall it unless you reinstall the same application.

There is no conflict between version 2.0 and 2.10 because these use different dlls.

You can delete the printer from your printers folder, and delete the corresponding entry in the registry and delete CDintf210.dll from your system directory but I am not sure if this will really help.

As you are using the PDF Converter from a third party application i suggest that you get back to your application provider and they will try to help you.
