How to avoid producing PDF Version 1.3

Im using the PDF Converter 2.1 and all automatically created PDFs are version 1.3. My fax-server can only send PDFs in version 1.2.
How can I configure the printer to produce in version 1.2 ?

Hello,

The PDF Converter generated PDF files version 1.3 and 1.4 depending on the options set when generating the file.

We do not generate PDF files version 1.2. You can try however to open the pdf file in a text editor and change the pdf version from 1.3 to 1.2 and save the file again. I am not sure if this will work or not, it depends what are the features you are setting inside the pdf.

If you update your fax server, won't it be able to send PDF 1.3 files?
