Printing Error PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I am trying to email documents. These documents are being converted from word to pdf through amyuni. I am on version 2.1. This was installed with the software used for my mortgage applications. Currently I have about 12 forms that have to be converted. It will usually get about 3 forms before the AUTOWORD ERROR comes up saying that windows cannot print due to the current printer setup. What I have to do is save the ones it does convert to pdf to my desktop until all forms are converted. This usuall means that I am sending my clients about 5 attachments when it should just be one. I didn't always have this problem. I think it started when I got the 2.1 upgrade.

Hello,

The version of the PDF Converter you received with your mortage application is made to be used solely from inside your mortage application.

If you are trying to print to it from some other applications you will get problems.

thats all I use it for is for my mortgage application. What happens is I email forms within the application and it converts those forms to pdf's via amyuni. I will get about 2 or 3 of these documents converted before I get the autoword error saying that there is a problem with my printer and I need to reinstall print driver - which I have done. It will allow me to email those 2 or 3 documents but I have about 10 - 12 documents that have to be converted so it just means that I end up with a bunch of attachments when I send out docs to clients. It appears that it may be timing out or something but I don't know how to fix that.

Looks like the problem is solved. The software I use that initially installed amyuni sent an update and it looks like that this version fixed the problem.
