Version 2.5 - Test page failed to print-Device is not ready

Hi,

I have installed v2.50, and whenever I try to send a document to the Amyuni Printer, I get an error.

From MSword -> Windows cannot print due to a printer setup problem

From Printers and Faxes, Printer Properties, print test page -> Test Page failed to print - Device not ready.

The workstation is running Windows XP Service Pack 2

Any Ideas,

Hello,

If you are not able to print a test page, than you have installed the Developer version of the PDF Converter.

The Developer version doesn't have a user interface and it is made to be used solely from inside your application through a DLL or ActiveX interface. For more information please check our Developers' manual "Common Driver Interface 210.pdf".

How can I tell if it is the developer version?

I downloaded the update from http://www.amyuni.com/en/support/updates.html

and selected Amyuni PDF converter version 2.5

Hello,

After activating the printer, you can read in the Printer Preferences if the printer is a Developper version or not.

After installing version 2.50 please activate it using the Activation Code you got for the new version, the old activation code of version 2.10 will not work.

After activating the printer, if you are still unable to print a test page than you would have the Developer version.

If you dont have the activation code for 2.50 please contact support@amyuni.com to get it.
