Run-time error '1801' DriverInit failed

Help, I have a supervisor who is trying to run a report, She receives the following error Run-time error '1801' DriverInit failed. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello,

DriverInit would fail if the printer specified as parameter is not alredy installed on the system.

If the problem persists please give us more information about the code you are using and when precisely you are getting the error so we can help you.
