Currupted PDF file by Amyuni PDF converter

Hi,

I have a serious problem. Some of my PDF files are not opened in Adobe PDF reader 6.0.
Actually, it was converted from Excel 2000 to PDF by Amyuni PDF converter. My program generate PDF files automatically. Some of files are ok. But some of files are not.
The PDF files that opened correctly is begin with "%PDF-1.3". But the one that does not opened is begin with other binary data. Difference between source of two files are very small - Just some of excel cell data.
I can send both of files to support for investigate what was this problem. Please give me the answer.

I forgot write this additional information. Maybe important.
Two of original excel files are similar as I already wrote. But PDF is not. The size of PDF file that opened correctly is 37.2Kb. The other one that does not opened is 250Kb.

Which version of the PDF Converter are you using?

Did you try our latest version 2.10i ?

Are you using the same process to generate both files?

I used 2.10e. And both of files are created by same process.

I may not be able to help you with this unless i check the original files, the output and the application generating the output.

I would advise you however to try our latest version 2.10i-8 you can download an upgrade or a demo version from our site.

If you are still facing problems with the latest version please contact support@amyuni.com and send some samples so we can check them.
