Printing problem under windows xp sp2

Hello,

I'm using the PDFConverter version 2.02 to print pdf under WinXp (SP2) environment.
The file can generate without any error code return. But the file was damage when I open it by the aclobe reader.
But this issue is not frequently happen.

I was try my program under Win2000. It's no problem to create pdf document and can open by the aclobe reader.

Anyone can help me?

Unfortunately, I can't help you because i can't reproduce the issue you are facing.

Version 2.02 that you are using is a little bit old. If you have a 15% maintenance plan you can get an update to version 2.09, if you have a 30% maintenance plan you can get an upgrade to our latest version 2.10i-8.
If not you can downlaod a demo version of our latest release from http://www.amyuni.com/en/products/pdf_c ... /demo.html and try it.
